After church on the 4th we headed to a local park and had a cookout with some good friends. It was great weather and I am always amazed at how beautiful it is here in Utah. After we ate we all loaded up in our cars and went for a drive through American Fork Canyon.

By the time we made it all the way up into the canyon the temperature had dropped to 55 degrees. The Poirier's were freezing!!! I was in heaven- it felt so nice!!!
We went to Sundance and walked around and got this great picture on the ski lift.
For some reason the kids kept asking Mitch for rides on his shoulders, right now it was Evelyn turn. Thanks Mitch for being such a good sport.
We all got giant suckers and hot chocolate and Ruby was loving it big time.
She was a big sticky mess!!! Seriously though she is such a cutie!!!
