24th of July

We got home from our vaca about 8:30 pm and headed out to get fireworks. Here in Utah we celebrate something called Pioneer Day on the 24th of July and You HAVE to do fireworks. We invited Aunt BeBe and Ian over to watch. It was a fun way to end our vacation and the kids sure did have a blast.
Aunt BeBe holding Ruby and doing a GIANT sparkler
Ian and Claire sharing a chair.
I couldn't believe Ruby wasn't scared of the noise or anything, she was a big mess full of herself.

Looks like you had a great vacation! There is nothing like being on a lake and relaxing. Jake and I (Aaron is in the middle of a summer semester and training at work poor guy. He will literally be gone from 8 in the morning until 10 at night. So, we are taking advantage of it and heading North!) are heading out this coming weekend for a 20 day vacation to Virginia and then on to Vermont. I can't wait!
