Its the most wonderful time of the year

Family Night
Tonight for family night the kids decided that we had to put up the Christmas tree, it is a fake pre-lit tree and although it does not smell of pine I do so love how EASY it is!
As the chaos started Brian put on Christmas music as I nursed the baby, the kids dove right in and began the decorating. It was one of those moments when time stands still and you truly hear the joy of your kids and life seems perfect. I don't want to sound cheesy, but it was really magical. Claire was finally big enough to hang ornaments and I didn't even care that the bottom of the tree had 75% of the ornaments. Every time she put one on she would just glow and give me a hug. Coleman was kind and loving to his sisters and that is not always the case. As for Evelyn and Leland they were so cute and fun, every ornament was the prettiest and they were so careful not to break anything.
When I got pregnant I wondered how this would change our family and all I can say is I love my big family, I love the giggles, the mess, the laundry, the kisses and hugs, but most of all I love knowing that these people are my family and that is the greatest gift of all!

oh how moving :) The next time you complain about laundry I'm going to remind you that you once for a brief second said that you loved. No seriously I love you and I know exactly what you mean.

Tillia! I cannot believe your family! I am so happy to have found you happy and enjoying life! I do have to ask though, where in the world to you live? After looking around your blog for a bit I would guess Utah, but really?? I never would have thought. Anyways. Check our family out at www.thestrattsdaybyday.blogspot.com
