Evelyn's Baptism

A couple of weeks before her baptism I took Evelyn to a local park and got some very pretty pictures of her in her baptism dress. I was surprised at how excited she was to take pictures. She is such a beautiful girl and I am so proud of her decision to be baptized!!!

Brian was so happy to be able to baptize his first little girl. It seems that it was just yesterday she was born and she has truly been a blessing ever since.

I can't believe my baby girl is 8 and I was proud to watch her make promises to her Heavenly Father. I hope as a Mother I can be by her side helping her grow and learn and make choices that will bring her true happiness. She is a light in our home and such a great example to all her siblings. I am a very PROUD Mommy!!!

She had such a beautiful baptism and it was such a honor to have her Mama and Big Daddy speak and give her great words of wisdom. My kids are so blessed to have such loving grandparents on both side of their family, I am grateful each day for the love they give my kids.

So many of our friends and family were there and her are just a few. Aunt BeBe and Uncle Andrew gave the prayers and our wonderful friends Jordan (our babysitter/big sister) and Josh(one of Evelyn's best friends) Boone sang a beautiful song about Christ. We were so happy Aunt Stacie and her cute little kids could be here for this special day!!
