The other day I am sitting in the living room and I hear this crunching sound in the pantry and even though I didn't know what it was I was pretty sure I knew WHO it was. Claire has been the thorn in my side as of late and I would love for her to visit anyone who wants her. Her favorite thing to say to me is "Your not the boss of me", if I am not the boss of her than who the crap is? Any takers, I'll pay the airline ticket. Warning: she doesn't go to bed, she would rather have a spanking (yes I spank, go ahead judge me). She is the only one of my kids that my own Mother tells me to spank, and this is coming from the women who thinks my kids can do no wrong. The other night she poured a bottle of water on her bed, then she got on Leland's bed (who was asleep) and started jumping on it( of course waking up Leland). Even as I type I can hear the little snot coming down the stairs for the 10th time, 1oth!!!!!!!!! HELP!!!!! I have to say I love this little girl and she has the sweetest personality-ONLY when she wants to. I will say it is all her Daddy's fault she is like this, these are NOT my genes and furthermore he is the one that spoils her rotten. Thank you Babe, no really THANKS!!!!

That's AWESOME!! I have to say, I enjoy knowing that there are people who deal with the same crap as myself. All of my children have been super easy....EXCEPT for Avalyn. She is my beautiful thorn. She was angry with me the other day and she said "I hate everyone with the name mother". Her r's sound like w's, so it sounded pretty funny:) We will survive!!
I really love this little girl too, but she is a challenge!!!
At least she is vaccuming up her own mess!

I LOVE the vacuum punishment :) It's great! Maybe try a "bedtime pass"- have her color an index card that says, "Good for 1 time out of Claire's bed" (or how many you want to give her). Not many things work for my kids, but this worked with all 3 so far!! I feel your pain- good luck!
I love your honesty, and I feel your pain! Coral is going through the terrible twos a little early, but maybe she'll get it over with before the baby comes, I can dream right!
at least you know you are not alone. It seems like EVERYONE has one of these kids. I really would like to have another baby now but tellis is one of those kids that you say " if he was my first I would have NO MORE" yip I feel you. tellis' choice of things to pour out is cheese the big bag from sams club onto the carpet and then eat it:)Pray for me and I'll pray for you.
